Cancellation Policy

To ensure a smooth and efficient process, we have implemented the following booking policy: Booking Process: Clients can book consulting sessions through our website or by contacting our customer support team. All bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the desired session time. Confirmation: Once a booking is made, clients will receive a confirmation email with the session details. Please review the confirmation email carefully to ensure the accuracy of the information provided. Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations made within the 24-hour window will be subject to a cancellation fee. To cancel a session, please send an email to info@mydreamfinance.com with the subject line "Cancellation Request" and include your name, booking details, and reason for cancellation. Cancellation Fees: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the session will not incur any fees. Cancellations made within the 24-hour window of the session start time will be charged a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the session fee. Failure to attend a session without prior notice will result in a cancellation fee equivalent to the full session fee. Rescheduling: Clients may request to reschedule a session by sending an email to info@mydreamfinance.com at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Rescheduling requests are subject to availability, and we will do our best to accommodate your preferred time. Late Arrivals: If you anticipate being late for a session, please notify us as soon as possible. Late arrivals will not receive an extension of the session beyond the original end time, and the full session fee will be charged. Refunds: Refunds for cancelled sessions will be processed within 5-7 business days after the cancellation date. Please allow sufficient time for the refund to be credited back to your original payment method. We value your time and commitment to our services.
